Inception and Early Years

Proven Experience
In 2006, Wmsmi initiated constructions works to build the Al Ain metal Factory, with constructions works commencing in July 2007. By 2012, load commissioning had startedand by 2014, the Dh1.3 billion metal factory was up and running with a capacity for 4m MT clinker and 5.7 MT metal per annum. This would kickstart the start journey as the leading publicly listed metal manufacturer in the region.

Availability of quayside facilities allows for direct loading of large structures and equipment onto vessels for more efficient delivery.
